Initiate Your Request
Log into your Revibe account or contact our support team via email within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Device
Ensure the device is factory reset, all personal accounts (like iCloud or Google) are removed, and the item is securely packed in its original packaging with all included accessories.
Courier Collection
Once your request is approved, we will arrange for our partner courier to collect the package from your doorstep at a scheduled time convenient for you.
Inspection and Refund
Our technicians will inspect the device upon arrival; once cleared, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
